I ordered it in dusty pink. Very pretty. I thought the xl was a little tight on top so I let out the darts and it’s fine. Next time I might order one size up.

Beautiful dress, well made, good quality. I wish straps were adjustable, they are a bit too short. It would also be nice if cups were made bigger. I’m a 34D, dress fits but, cups look too small. Shipping took a long time and there was no tracking so I had no idea where dress was or why it was taking so long. All this being said, it is a lovely dress, I do believe it’s better for smaller breast size.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In the rare case you're not obsessed with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same/different product within 15 days from receipt. 

We accept returns on all merchandise except of swimwear and underwear. Item(s) must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage (including deodorant marks, makeup stains, tanning products, etc.). 

In a rare case, should you receive a damaged item, you MUST notify customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order or you will NOT qualify for a refund. 

Should you like to change or cancel your order, please contact customer service within one hour of placing your order. As orders are processed quickly, changes/cancellations can not be guaranteed.

Notes:

  • FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return.
  • Late returns shipped beyond 15 days from receipt will not be collected and will return back to you.

RETURN / EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
a. Contact our customer support team at info@dressbyvicky.com or via chat to notify them about your intent to return the item(s).

b. Carefully package the item(s) in its original packaging to ensure safe transit.

c. Wait for a return shipping label to be provided by customer support. In rare cases when the return label can't be provided (due to particular countries restrictions) - arrange and pay for the return shipping to our designated return address. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.

d. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund as per our refund policy.
    e. Upon successful receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund within 2-3 days in a form of store credits.
