Orders are usually shipped within 2-4 business days. Orders placed after cut off on Friday and through the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email reflecting that your order has been shipped, along with tracking number.

Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- A restocking fee of 10EUR per item will be applicable to all returns. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
We accept returns on all merchandise except of swimwear and underwear. Item(s) must be in original condition with no signs of wear or damage (including deodorant marks, makeup stains, tanning products, etc.).
In a rare case, should you receive a damaged item, you MUST notify customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order or you will NOT qualify for a refund.
Should you like to change or cancel your order, please contact customer service within one hour of placing your order. As orders are processed quickly, changes/cancellations can not be guaranteed.
Notes:
- Delivery fees are not eligible for refunds.
- FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return.
- Late returns shipped beyond 14 days from receipt will not be collected and will return back to you.

In rare cases when the return label can't be provided (due to particular countries restrictions) - arrange and pay for the return shipping to our designated return address. *MAKE SURE TO SEND DDP (DELIVERY DUTIES PAID)*. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.
d. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund as per our refund policy.
